Hey all!
I’m in SWPA USA . 33 and starting to think I have fallen thru the cracks of the medical system. I’m on 1mg of oral estrogen and 100mg progesterone a day. Non- cyclic. No period. Recently, and more frequently, I am very very low. My pain has been unbearable in my hips from the osteoporosis/ arthritis in my hips to the point where I cannot sleep. Are these symptoms possibly low estrogen? I have been on hrt since 17 years old when my period did not come on naturally. My body feels tired and I don’t understand how this is sustainable. Is this just me?
