Hi all! I just bought this Philodendron White Princess and it's my first Philodendron. It's still pretty small, and I'm not sure what the best next step is.

Should I keep it in its current soil, move it to water or moss, or repot it into a fresh chunky soil mix? I know it prefers bright indirect light, but I’d appreciate any care tips or advice from people with experience growing these. Thanks ✌🏻
