First of all, thanks for all your kind messages I got from posting a little while ago. Amazing!

Last week I discovered I need glasses. Apparently I have astigmatism, very common but I always thought I never had any eye issues. I always thought I didn't have the kind of face for glasses. Still a bit unsure. This is what they came up with.. I still have to wait 2 weeks for my glasses. I hope it's the right choice..

Struggling with recovering from insomnia I had for more than 1.5 years, often sleeping 1/2 hours a night. It has improved now but it feels like the exhaustion will never go away
