I’m planning to move to Aizawl for further studies after BA and I didn't write CUET

I wanted to ask:

1. Are there colleges/universities in Aizawl that still accept students without CUET?
2. How is hostel life and the cost of living there?
3. Is Aizawl good for students from other Northeast states? (I'm from Meghalaya)
