If the USSR or CSA other larp countries are formable, I think the one should get to larp as the mentally ill and you should be able to form Grand Tartary.

So, I did a run as the CSA with Slave trade to the bitter end. I actually managed to even get the lower strata to 21.0 And the middle 25. Cuba is also directly annexed. I managed to free New England and the US took it back along with Oregon which were eating. I played tall and didn't go for the full Golden Circle. I Wish I had annexed Mexico and tried to kick the British and Europeans out of Latin America.
