I know there was some confusion surrounding this, so wanted to post my personal update in hopes it clears up any confusion for folks. Apologies if this has been addressed elsewhere. I reached out to Sandbag to confirm the white LP vinyl is the one that will include fan names for people who voted and submitted the form. They finally got back to me today, and the white LP will indeed include fan names if you voted and submitted the form. Picture below to confirm. Hope this clears things up for anybody still wondering.
