I’m tired of playing against smurfs

So we are playing on eichenwalde and getting to first point it was fine little struggle here and there no big deal however after we captured it got worse. So the echo is a literal fresh account has a grand total of 44 minutes TOTAL on the entire account. While 26 minutes total on echo at the time of this post. They completely dominate the game and ofc they have a duo playing mercy pocketing them the entire game and their whole team is complicit in it. We ended up getting stuck in spawn because having to go down the stairs or inside the building to get out when the entire enemy team is sitting there is near impossible even if I crouch on the stairs to shoot from spawn.
I think many of us know that this is not how a new player plays we have all played with new players. This is a Smurf account and they were being egotistical cringe lords about it too in chat. Imagine being so much of a bum and you can’t climb you, so have to make a Smurf account to make yourself feel better. These people ruin the game and it’s not fun at all. They called us trash and just being a holes about it like bro really? Blizzards needs to do something about Smurf accounts it’s so obvious that it is too.
