Looking for some advice please. I’m a 29yo male and am extremely pale. Tanned very well as a kid but now no chance. I’m looking to buy a gradual tanner to at least make me look alive.

I will admit I am completely clueless on this. I’ve never done a fake tan in my life. I don’t know what to buy, how (or when) to apply it, if I have to wash it off, if I have to use a mitt, or anything.

Do any other pale people have any recommendations for a product? I sweat quite a lot too so don’t want something that runs or is patchy. And something that won’t be totally obvious I’ve fake tanned.

I also obviously have some hair on my legs and arms, does this hurt the result? Any advice is hugely appreciated. Thank you!
