Temp set up remodel
So i started on the 5th and was given 5 days a week 7-4, until they could put me in overnight i wasnt put on the schedule this past Monday so i wasnt sure if i should go in, i called that day and she told me that i was supposed to be there but i just wasnt gonna be on the app schedule but they ended up putting me on, i worked everyday after but i had to miss today cause my grandma had a drs appointment even tho she was supposed to cancel it and couldn’t watch my daughter, so yesterday when i got off work she told me about it and i reported the absence on my app. Today around 5pm they took off all my shifts for the next 2 weeks except for upcoming Monday. Im trying to get back on my feet and this has me so stressed out. Are they going to fire me? I did everything correctly so i dont understand, ive been going everyday on time doing everything im supposed too.. please any advice on this, i dont have a team lead or coach i was put under the general store managers name but she is never available for anyone unless her door is open which is hardly ever.
