Day 5

I'm at day 5 post op now. Day 6 tomorrow (currently 8.30pm over here). I am dreading the pain will be worse tomorrow. For you who have already endured this recovery, what day was the turning point for you?

Recovery

Hi

I'm a 35 year old male with sleep apnea. This sub reddit has been comfort for me in terms of preparation and id like to give back. I did the surgery 7 am today (it is now 11 am). I'll update this thread day by day and feel free to ask any questions. My doctor said my tonsils were HUGE and it was s good decision to remove them. Anesthesia was my main concern but it was more comfortable than I expected.

I'm not a native English speaker so sorry for any mistakes.

Sleep apnea

Hi

35 m here. I have surgery in a month due to my sleep apnea. My doctor thinks this will either completely fix my sleep apnea or at least make me not have to use a cpap. I am going to do the surgery no matter what but im curious, have anyone else done it because of sleep apnea? What was the results?
