My dad has WM and started brukinsa ~6 weeks ago. Now his liver values are off the charts. They said he needs to stop the meds and they will come up with a new treatment plan. has anyone experienced this?

questions about investments as a high earner who has a former Roth IRA that I can no longer contribute to due to income limits. In addition I have a 529 for my child and a personal brokerage through Schwab.
main question for the brokerage: Trying not to over complicate things but want to have a few broad funds to put money in. Right now the maj of my $ is in swppx, qqqm and Voog in addition to schd. Any other suggestions? I feel like the money is growing slowly especially in my 401k. I have 18-20 years til retirement.
