Stuck on "We got it"
its been stuck on were processing parcel at our hub for like a few days now even though it was supposed to be next day delivery. and also i cant get a hold of anyone human in the call its all AI with the same bs saying we escalated the situation and people at the local hub is looking into it been 2 days no updates what should i do?
