Shipping Misadventure, USA
Hi all, rant/"has this happened to anyone" post:
Was able to order Back in My Day/Inked Chaos Drop in foil. WOTC shipped through UPS with USPS as final delivery. Noticed that my package has been in the spin cycle of processing/out for delivery/back to processing with USPS. I go in-person to my local post office and they are able to figure out that somewhere in between WOTC, UPS, and USPS, one of the shippers has mangled the shipping address to about half of the original address (correct in my WOTC confirmation email). The address that USPS has only has my apartment number and zipcode with no street or building number included. Manager at local post office is telling me that they are unable to change the final address to complete the shipping but that they will look out for the package and will hold it if it continues to go in circles. I have no clue if I'll ever get the original package. I've opened a SL support ticket for this already but am wondering how long it might take for USPS to confirm that the package is lost and for WOTC to send a replacement for it.
A bit frustrating because I was really excited for how fast these were shipping out after the drop. Thanks for reading!
