Any vendors in the US with a available cameras/nvrs stock for sale?

I won a large bid for which I quoted a Hikvision camera system. After the "ban" my regular distributors are no longer selling Hik products. This bid had been cooking for while now, but this sudden "no sales" has fucked me over. I am redoing my numbers to see how other brands come close to budget, but I would like to stick with Hikvision as this client has them installed at multiple sites and likes them.

Any distributors out there still selling them?

I am needing about 60 cams, mostly domes and a 64ch nvr

Looking to self host a family planner/calendar. Homeflow my best option?

As the title states, I want a "one stop shop" for everything family related. Calendar, tasks and to-do, etc.

What options do I have, or are big data apps still my best bet?

Ruckus R510 Sale

Looking to sell about 25 units of Ruckus R510. Some are brand new (out of box), most in very good conditions. POE included. Where would be the best place to post these for sale?

I wouldn't mind selling them as bundles, but If I can get rid of them at once, even better!

Playback Issues? Profile Setup

Unraid Server

Intel® Core™ i5-9500T CPU @ 2.20GHz

32 GiB DDR4

16TB worth of HDD for Parity | 512 GB SSD for Cache

I have been working on an arr stack setup for Jellyfin and continue to run into issues with playback on Jellyfin TV clients like Wholfin and MoonFin.

I purchased a Google Chromecast TV for my parents and attached them to my server back home. It seems that high quality downloads (Dolby and the likes) tend to freeze up every 5-10 seconds.

I am still trying to figure out if this is related to any of these:

- Chromecast/Client not being able to play those files.

- Server setup/configuration

- Internet speeds at server location (400/200)

- Internet download speeds at their home (400/400)

- Bottleneck from Cloudflare

I haven't played these files back home yet, but from a previous setup, I dont recall ever having an issue with any file type. I use a Sony Android TV.

I was reading into some reddit post where users say the official Jellyfin app "plays everything". I havent put this to test, as the main reason of me going with a 3rd party is for Seer integration to allow for direct request/download without them depending on me.

Any help figuring this out would be appreciated.

Alternatively, if anyone can share a profile to download good quality (doesnt need to be the greatest) at a playable codec/audi. 1080/4K whatever.

Moonfin + Seer issues

I have a Moonfin + Seer setup on a Google Chromecast TV. I can make a request on the app, on the Seer portal see that i goes through and auto approved, but it never makes it over to Radarr/Sonnar.

Requesting a movie/series directly from the Seer portal works with no issue.

Any suggestions as to what I may be missing?

Audio/Language and formats

Hey all! Working on a Jellyfin + Arr stack + Usenet setup for my folks and running into a couple of issues.

First, I'm trying to prioritize downloads in English with a secondary option for Spanish audio or subtitles. Right now, it keeps grabbing files in Italian and other unintended languages. I tried using the custom format regex below, but it's not quite working:

\\b(DUAL|MULTI|SPANISH|ESPAÑOL|LATIN|LATAM|CASTELLANO)\\b

Second, I'm running into issues with certain Dolby audio files being downloaded, which then crash when playback starts. I don't need ultra-high-end formats—standard 4K (or even solid 1080p) is more than enough.

What would be the best way to properly configure the custom formats to prioritize English/Spanish audio (or Spanish subtitles as a fallback) while completely blocking unwanted languages?

Also block or reject these problematic Dolby audio files from being grabbed?

Appreciate any guidance or examples you can share!

New Setup, Seagate Skyhawk HDD

I am diving into the world of TrueNas for the first time. I have an old Dell Optiplex and loaded it with 3 drives.

From my quick research, I gathered that the boot drive does not need to be anything special, so I threw on there a generic chinese 512 SSD I took out of a refurbished device I bought off Amazon. This will be running TrueNas, backing up the configuration files to an external USB stick.

I then added two 2-TB Seagate Skyhawk HDD (ST4000VX013-2XG104) set up as mirror. Did some testing and all is looking good.

As I was researching info on some apps to add on to the TN, I ran into a post abut ZFS not playing nice with SMR (Shingled Magnetic Recording) drives such as the Seagate Skyhawk HDD. Went down that rabbit hole and now I am shook!.

I will be using this setup to run Immich and file storage, basically to start getting off the GDrive and GPhotos of the world. I dont think I have 1TB of data all together, and thats between my wifes and my data. Maybe down the line I may run Jellyfin or Plex as the kids get older and start getting into movies and shows.

So before I start throwing data into these drives, will this be an issue, even in MIRROR mode?
