I've just built a new PC (Project Leviathan) for myself, and that for a while will be Windows 11.

However, with the remains of Project Behemoth, I want to build a Linux gaming machine for my children.

It's going to consist of the following:

i7 6700K

32Gb DDR4 3000MHz

Nvidia GTX 1080

Four SSD's - 250GB, 480GB, 500GB & 1TB.

I've never used Linux. I have no idea what will work well with the parts available. It also needs to be easy enough for a 9 - and a 12 year old to use with a little guidance from me.
