Hi all I would like some recommended places or centers for getting treatment in Selangor? Anywhere but KL since I’m not really sure where to find a good psych for help here.

Also if possible, I would also want it where I can opt out medications for my treatment but rather just behavioral or cognitive therapies. Thanks :>
