I have a generation five iPod touch on iOS 9.3.5 it was working normally and I was listening to music until suddenly it restarted itself, and when I tried to swipe away from the home screen, it led me to the activation lock screen. how do I activate my phone again?

this was my brother’s old iPod touch, and there are some photos. I really need. I also want to jailbreak it.
