I've a Friday lunch to eat one great meal in London. Where to go?

For context, I've lived and worked in the UK for 15 or so years (London ,briz) in the restaurant industry. I've moved abroad years ago, and this will be my first time back in London since then. I'm after taking my girlfriend and myself out to a nice lunch on a Friday coming up. Now I've no idea what's good or not anymore, so I'd like some recommendations from you gents please!

No budget so to speak of ( not thousands, but willing ti spend a fair bit for the right meal). In terms of cuisine, I'd like to stay away from American/french/Italian ( we live in the states, have access to those)

Thanks in advance!

Hello again, third time's the charm.

I've a brand new 210mm shibata koutetsu k tip gyuto up for trade. Bought in Kyoto in January. Literally never been used, with original box.

Bought a boss bunka at the same time and much prefer the height on that so this one is up for trade.

I'm looking for a 240mm gyuto carbon core (not too fussy on the steel) but stainless clad. I believe shibata had a 240mm gyuto in AS w/stainless cladding, so that would be my first choice for swaps.

If the trade doesn't work out I will probably put this up for sale.

Sorry to anyone who commented on the other posts, I didn't format the post correctly so got taken down. If you've pm'd me already I will get back to ye.

Also I got the dimensions wrong, looks to be a 210mm (edge reads 215mm) and height at the heel is about 42mm. I've attached more pictures w/ ruler.

And sorry to the mods for being a pain in the arse, hopefully this one I've written up properly.
