If driver hasn’t moved in an hour after picking up order, can I get a refund?
The driver picked up my food well over an hour ago and the tracker says they’ve been in the same spot this whole time. ETA keeps adjusting to be 10 mins from whatever the current time is. I even checked Google Maps to see if there was heavy traffic or something in the area where it said he was and there wasn’t. And no communication from the driver this whole time.
