
My first gut... with a story...
The longer story is I pulled the plug on my 1100 to remove a couple pins with the goal of progressively pinning it. In the process I totally bent a spring. I think my shim wasn't placed well between the bible and follower. Anyway, I did get it together, but after successfully picking it with 3 pins the plug rotated, but jammed in the unlocked position. This was due to the bent spring.
The happy ending is that I found a local locksmith that sold me a bag of springs and a totally new core in case I couldn't repair it. So now I have a single 1100 but two totally different cores to practice with.
This full gut was a bit nerve racking. I have to make myself go super slow.
