Does nighttime hunger ever go away?

Day 3 of eating around 1200 and the last two nights I’ve been tossing and turning because my stomach feels so empty/uncomfortable while trying to sleep. Has anyone else experienced this in the beginning? Did it go away or did you need to adjust your meals/macros?

Why aren’t my Neo Shrimp multiplying

I have had this 5 gallon tank for 5 months now and started with about 25 orange neocaridina shrimp, they had babies 3 times but the population didn’t increase. Actually some of my adult shrimp died too.
I do a 20% water change every two weeks the heater is at 26-27 C
Am I doing something wrong?
