Thinking of starting

Think I want to start vanlife / car life but I only have a pickup truck no camper? Any advice on best places to park and where the most accepting place in the us to live like this is? I was thinking either California or Florida. As far as work I was planning on just finding retail and factory jobs. 1 major thing that’s leading me to do this is affordability and wanting to save up and pay off debts. And I just can’t for the life of me think of another effective way than cutting out the $1500+ that I’d be spending on rent! My truck I’ve spent months making sure it’s good changed all the parts so I’m thinking I’ll have atleast a few months to a year or longer of good use without major maintenance as I’ve done everything major from starter to alternator to water pump radiator and timing chain

Venting

Is it wrong that I wish I could stop hiv treatment daily and just be normal like of course I don’t really think of it much and it’s a small 5 sec thing in my day but idk some days I just want to stop treatment but then I realize if I do I’ll die

Stigma between genders

From what I’ve noticed as a bi guy on HIV dating apps is that women usually don’t have face pictures and the profiles are usually bare to say the least. Whereas with guys profiles are a lot more detailed! It’s really a general discussion and maybe because I’m a man I haven’t noticed it, but is HIV more stigmatized in society amongst women than men? Like in society is it worse for women with hiv? I mean no harm by this just genuinely asking because on apps women seem a lot more reluctant to share details about themselves, where as with guys everyone is pretty much an open book! Like are women scared to come forward their status and put their faces out there?

Stigma

Idk if it’s due to internalized stigma but I don’t really identify with having aids or hiv like it’s came up in random conversations and it still feels weird like I know I’m positive but still it feels so far away from me
