Hi guys, I am an ex-UPSC aspirant. I guess I either didn't work hard enough or am not smart enough, because despite 5 attempts I was unable to clear the exam. Now at the age of 31 I have limited options. I want to try my hand at the RO exam since I believe it is a decent enough job. I have experience studying GS for UPSC so its not completely new area for me. But I would still like to get inputs on how I should plan my strategy.

I already have a teaching job so I don't have full day for preparation. I can study for 4 or maybe 5 hours a day. Would that be enough?
