My blind cat is loud and annoying.

My cat (Molly) is blind and I moved houses. It took me a while to figure out the best system, but now that I have it in place, he has figured out where everything is. Of course he bumps into stuff, but for the most part he’s just like a regular cat. However, my dogs kept sneaking to the cat’s rooms and eating their food. In the daytime I just make sure the dogs don’t go in there. But at night I have to close the door just in case. In this room they have a bed, a tree, litter, water and dry food. I thought Molly would be happy with that but no 😂 he meows all night and scratches at the door. Here’s the catch- when I open the door, he also just meows. Is this just attention seeking? I give him regular cuddles, should I be doing brain activities to stimulate him more, or make everything as easy as possible to calm him down and make him happy in his final years?
