I have a 7mo. Belgian Malinois named Whiskey Business (like risky business), just Whiskey for short! Unsure if i wanna go with cool or silly 😂

For colors I love green on him but I feel like that’s such a basic mali color so I have him rocking blues and reds rn but I think red is too warm for him, kinda blends in if that makes sense??

I want to try him im at least fastCAT and dock diving! i’m sure we’ll find plenty of other things to get into tho! (when he hits a year)

he’s only 6 months so I dont expect perfection or anything. I want to go back to basics and reteach him heel because he has a hard time staying in position no matter how many times I guide him back.

for loose leash walking it’s been lots of reps of the “u-turn” method (which i dont rlly like and it doesnt feel like it’s working) and guiding him with treats + lots of rewards when there’s no tension on the leash. But he still has a really hard time 90% of the time

i dont expect either of these things all the time. I’d like to have a loose leash most of the time. otherwise he gets lots of physical and mental stimulation so it’s like im expecting these things at 8am fresh and ready to terrorize 😂

My 5 month old boy Whiskey is not very snuggly unless we’re in the car. He lets strangers pet on him but he seems to get sick of it within like 30 seconds so we dont let strangers greet him anymore lol.

He’s my shadow and follows me everywhere but doesn’t really wanna lay down in my lap or anything like that most of the time, which I don’t mind. So i’m just wondering what everyone else’s pups were/are like!

just made him a new collar last week! 4 months old and insane
