Wage slip enquiry (RMCPP no longer taken from Gross pay?)
So just been looking through my payslip and on my last wage slip, the RMCPP deduction has switched from the 'Payments' tab to the 'Deductions' Tab.
The pension money is no longer deducted from the Gross Pay. Therefore, as my Gross Pay is higher, I'm actually getting slightly less money now because the tax has gone up as a result.
Has there been a change? Or was this made in error?
