There's been multiple posts about this but now it's official. All winter there weren't any good houses andcwe waited until spring, and nothing. Now it's going to be summer and the market is still horrible. Barely any listings at all! Anyone else notice this? I know we've got a housing crisis but this is next level. Last year there were so many houses for sale! I think our makelaar has given up on us...
