Got my first watch and kind of regret it, but I love the look. Looking for advice and my next watch under 10k INR!

I just bought my very first watch. I’m not really a "watch guy," so I didn't know anything about the technical details or movements before buying. Honestly, the sole reason I picked it was because I thought it looked incredibly cool compared to the others in the store. A few friends recommended I check out Lifestyle, so that's where I went.
However, after coming home and browsing Reddit, I realized it’s a "fashion watch" and generally not considered a great value. It turns out there are much better, more respected watches out there for even cheaper. I’m experiencing a bit of buyer's remorse for spending my money on it, but at the same time, I still love how it looks and feels on my wrist especially since it's my first ever watch.
I know fashion watches tend to get roasted in the comments here, but I'm going to ignore the negativity! Instead, I want to use this as a learning experience.
I am planning to buy a proper watch in about four months with a budget under ₹10,000 INR. I would love some good recommendations. Also, could you guys teach me what technical details, specs, and brands I should actually look for when buying a quality watch?
