Global Entry Appointment Help?

Does anyone have any tips on how to get a global entry appointment? I've been checking everyday and it looks like there aren't any appointments until after June 30th. I've even tried looking in Wilmington and SC and they're all booked too. Anyone have success lately?

How to establish a strong online presence

For those of you who have a strong online presence, how did you create it? I'm a seasoned Realtor but the worst at social media. I'm trying to "get with the times" but am overwhelmed. I have a youtube page (that I'm pretty active on) and a google business page, which I'm not very active on. I also have an instagram with a mix of personal and the occasional just sold/listed posts. I know this isn't enough but have no idea where to start.

Gotten some great products from this group so hoping you all can help! I'm looking for a non matte liquid lipstick/lip stain. I've tried Maybelline vinyl ink lipstick in the shades cheeky, punchy, and witty but feel like witty is the only one that's very pigmented? For reference my skin tone is light-medium, and leans more medium. Would love some recommendations for other products to try!

Has anyone ever had a pre listing appraisal come in incredibly low? Looking over the report, I see a lot of errors. I’m wondering if it’s even worth it to try and discuss it with her? In her defense, the home is a "unicorn". However, she made no adjustments for the age of the comps (subject is newer and comps are 20-50 years old) and the price per acre she used is about 40k lower than the area's price per acre. There are also a TON of clerical errors I don't think it would help to point his out but it appears she may have pasted things from another person's report - but maybe that's why there are discrepancies? In my experience it's usually pointless trying to point errors out to an appraiser, but maybe since it's a pre listing appraisal they'll be more apt to look into these items?
