I started noticing it this week. Replies to my comments that are formulaic, using metaphors to regurgitate what I already said. They’re bots and they’re even using typos and mixed case lettering to appear innocuous. But gpt with typos is still gpt. All the accounts are a week or two old and they post in cosmetic surgery subs, dog subs, witchcraft subs, and this sub. There was a post where almost every comment reply was AI. What is going on?

Mods, is there a way to temporarily add karma restrictions or other to the sub to mitigate this?

Why was I sleeping on the Milani skin tint like WHATTT??? I had a very last minute dinner date that I agreed to and obv had absolutely no time to get ready. I literally had to do my makeup in the car on the way there which was already chaotic enough. I stopped at CVS to grab a few things because thank god I already had mascara, lip products, setting spray and pressed powder in my car. All I needed was a bronzer, blush and something for my base, ended up grabbing the Milani skin tint stick in shade 07 which is a little too light for me but I was rushing and didn't have time to overthink it. Also somehow completely forgot to buy concealer but my makeup turned out fine without it but can we talk about the SKIN TINT??? I was so surprised by how good it looked. I usually get oily pretty quickly with skin tints and some of them end up looking like I mixed foundation with straight up oil after a few hours. This one actually stayed looking really nice throughout dinner. It didn't turn into that greasy mess I'm used to and my skin still looked like skin. Idk if it's because it's a stick formula or what but I was NOT expecting to like it this much, especially considering I applied it in a moving car with basically zero preparation. Definitely need to pick up my actual shade next time.

I’m obsessed! I don’t buy a lot of drugstore stuff, but when I do, I always reach for these! They’re just so beautiful! I currently have 2 shades of each and want to get more. For the lipsticks I own Cherries In the Snow and Fire Peach (currently obsessed with Fire Peach) and for the balms I own Rum Raisin (this balm version looks so much better on me then the original bullet lipstick version. The bullet lipstick looked too dark on me and I ended up giving it to a friend) and Black Cherry (which looks a little dark on me but I need to wear it more I think to really see). Guys! These products are fucking amazing! Revlon sure knows how to make lip products.

So to all my Revlon lipstick girlies (and guys!) what are your favorite lip products from them?

Makeup queens! I am a 45 yo woman who hails from the Deep South and spent my life thinking I had wretchedly oily skin. Nothing would stick to my face except Urban Decay’s facebond foundation and even that wore off by end of day, even with spray and powder and etc. I couldn’t handle anything “luminous”. Etc etc.

Then I moved to Washington state. And while it’s not DRY here, it also isn’t humid. Suddenly my “oily skin” is patchy and/or more combination with some actual dryness. I need a new foundation! I need moisture! What are your favorite combo skin foundations for the mature gal?

Guys I’m going swimming soon and I need tips and tricks on how to preserve make up in a chlorine pool. Yes, I know there’s no make up that will totally ensure that it wouldn’t wear off. Yes, I know that chlorine helps wear them off. But hey guys how???? Like tips please ehe. I use the concealer from grwm, I have foundations from detail and maybelline, I have the powder from absidy. I wonder what products should I use?
