Hacker added 2FA to my monetized account. Support said "wait 7 days," but now they are completely ignoring my follow-ups. How do I reach a human?
I’ve been locked out for 14 days and I’m completely exhausted trying to get X Support to actually do their job.
A hacker breached my account and slapped their own 2FA on it. I still control the original email and know my password, but I am totally brick-walled at the 2FA login screen.
Initially, Support actually replied and told me I had to wait out a 7-day security window. I did exactly what they asked and waited it out. But since that 7-day mark passed, I have sent multiple follow-ups and they are completely ghosting me. Absolute radio silence.
This is a monetized account, so I can't just let it go. Has anyone else been stuck in this exact "7-day wait" 2FA loop recently? How did you actually force a real human to reply after they ignored your follow-ups? I just need a proven backdoor or escalation method that works right now.
