I have given up hope on private jobs, they just make you work without having any benefit and terminate/lay-off whenever they fell like it.

I have a 10+Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and I wanted to know if I could qualify for any exams. Also when do they accept applications for the exams as I don't have any peers who could help me land a government job. Preparation part I will work hard on it but I just wanted to know the clear path to give an exam at this moment.
