



Last War : Inaction of technical support.
Hello everyone, today I want to share a story that I simply can't wrap my head around. While playing during a snowstorm, I attacked an opponent, after which I received a message with the flag of the country we're at war with (my country is at war). Then I gave in to my emotions and told her she was crap. I was curious about the level of anger in this game and the complete impunity. Then there were absolutely offensive phrases about me, my people, my nation, and tech support responded to these phrases with "no violations found." Wait! What about the code clause that the developers themselves created where it says · (Posting material that promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group, or which glorifies, incites or endorses ethnic, racial or religious hatred, strife or intolerance.)
In short, I won't let this go and will eventually get to the truth. Yes, I certainly reacted emotionally and got banned from chat for 12 hours, but the person who sent me flags and insulted the nation as a whole didn't pay anything for it. Tell me, have you ever had cases where tech support was completely unresponsive?
