Any insight please?
Hi everyone! I’m just posting for some advice. Just to preface this. My sister is diagnosed with m3243ag and I’m waiting for my genetic results to come back. I’m aware there’s a high chance I have it.
Anyway We just had a scary episode with our 16 year old. She gets migraines a fair bit and had one wed, Thurs and Fri last week. Yesterday and today she’s been absolutely exhausted which we put down to exams stress (even though she seems fairly chilled about them) and post migraine tiredness.
Earlier we were chatting to her about missing school today (no exams though). She’d been stood up for a couple of minutes but was fine then all of a sudden all the colour drained from her face, her eyes glazed over and she started wobbling. I got her to sit down and when she was back to normal she said her vision went too and that she felt incredibly sick before she went funny. Immediately took her to our local walk in and they’ve just put it down to ‘girls faint all the time’ after all normal obs.
Obviously I’m going to ring the gp tomorrow morning but has anyone else had similar? I’m aware it’s a grey area though as we don’t have any definitive answers yet though. Thanks!
