Thoughts on Writers looking for Artists here

I'm a bit new to this sub but not really to the webtoon space, yet as I've scrolled and peeked around for advice, I keep seeing these posts of writers looking for artists and the backlash to them.

I was curious if any of you guys even thought they could be reworked to fit here instead of just yelling at the op. Like a post of "hey, hiring main artist for project, I'll be doing xyz and you'll be only doing w, I'll pay you this amount for pre-production work and then this is the spilt for further work". Or just pitching a possible collab of "hey here's what I'm thinking but I want a co-creator to bounce ideas off of, so if you're interested please lmk" kind of post. As currently these posts seemingly fit other art subs and it seems these ppl are coming here after not being responded to there or shooed away.

Since I personally find it crazy to think they think possible payment on a sub for canvas creators would fly over well if they knew anything about how dogshit webtoon pay is in general, but nonexistent for canvas. That's not even mentioning how hard it is to be noticed on webtoon, especially with them changing to have corporate comics on there too.

Ok, This is something I keep debating as a starting comic artist, I have a story that takes place over ten years, 6 arcs(minor or major) = 1 year, so roughly 60 arcs total(not even estimating possible chapter count). With that thought, I realized it'll probably take me decades to finish this story and I'm fine with doing that, however I don't know if it's wise to do that for my first published comic.

I don't want to start too late that it might never be finished yet I don't want to start it foolishly. I have done a few test pages here and there of other stuff but I don't know if I should get more practice in. As I don't think I'll be as passionate about something to do a smaller project before this one, especially with the estimated length it'll take to finish it in my mind.(I'm fine with maybe trying a project that spans over 2 years but even that's very unrealistic imo timeframe wise)

I don't really even plan to ever sign it as an original if I got an offer and I'm fine with people seeing my art and comic direction grow as the series goes on but I feel like I'm being overly ambitious by having it as my first comic so I just wanted to hear others thoughts.

Also want thoughts as Ik Webtoon's landscape and canvas has changed since I've been an active webtoon fan and a canvas scroller so idk if oneshot projects or even long-term projects would be fitting so to speak anymore.
