Hey everyone, I’m 26F, a makeup artist from Thessaloniki, Greece, and I recently launched my first app, Glamorph: Beauty Clients.

I built it from my own problem: my client notes, photos, allergies, products used, appointments, and payments were scattered across DMs, Notes, my camera roll, spreadsheets, and memory.

At some point, I stopped overthinking, created a plan, and acted on it without holding back. It was scary because I had no big budget, no funding, and no guarantee anyone would care. But I knew the problem was real because I was living it every day.

At first, I thought it was just my own messy workflow, but now real beauty pros are using it too, including makeup artists, estheticians, lash artists, hairstylists, and nail techs.

It’s live on iOS and web, but I’m still very early and growing without ads or funding.

For anyone who has built something from personal experience, how did you talk about your product without sounding salesy?

Also, if anyone here is in beauty, knows beauty professionals, or knows small women-led communities where this problem might resonate, I’d be really grateful for any advice on where to start.

Is the new Essence concealer really a dupe for the Hourglass one? I just got the Essence one, and I love it!

It has thin consistency but very good coverage! I wish I found my shade cause every shade was sold out…

Hey everyone, wanted to share something I’ve been working on

I’m a makeup artist and my “system” used to be DMs, notes and camera roll which got messy really fast once I had repeat clients

so I made an app called Glamorph: Beauty Clients to keep everything per client in one place. sessions, notes, photos, what I did last time etc

it’s live now and people are actually using it, mostly estheticians and makeup artists

curious for other founders here, when you started getting early users did you focus on one specific group or keep things broader at the beginning?
