EdAssist Tuition Reimbursement

Hello, I’m wondering if anyone else has dealt with submitting documents for company tuition reimbursement programs. My company uses EdAssist, and I’m currently trying to submit reimbursement for the 2 courses I took last semester and they require fairly detailed documentation, including:

Education provider name,
School logo,
Website URL,
Session/term dates,
Proof of completion,
Number of credits,
Itemized tuition/cost breakdown

If you’ve gone through a similar process, how did you handle gathering and submitting all of this information? Were there specific documents from the university portal that worked best for approval?
