Hypnosis?

I am prioritizing recovery above everything else right now. I am meditating 2x a day while doing somatic shaking 1-2x a day. I am also doing CBT. I signed up for hypnosis therapy and curious what your experience has been. I am at the point where I will do ANYTHING, to recover. Thank you.

Adrenaline Dump Before Sleep?

I'm curious if anyone else is experiencing this. My anxiety has been pretty darn bad (in the middle of a medication transition). Lately when I'm drifting off to sleep, as I'm about to fall asleep, something wakes me up. And I try to remain calm but then a huge adrenaline dump hits where my heart is POUNDING, I feel sick and I'm breathing fast. This is all after taking Klonopin prior to bed as well. I feel too scared to let myself fall asleep. I'm so tired and groggy, my body really wants to sleep but I'm too scared. Any tips?

Positive effects?

How long did it take to see positive effects? (Mostly anti anxiety). I just started 10mg after stopping Wellbutrin. Hoping it's sooner rather than later. Thank you 🙏🏻

Edit to add: I used to be on it for 17 years and it worked great! I regret getting off of it. Since I did so well, is it likely I will do well again? I don't remember any major side effects in the past. Curious 👀

Nausea side effect?

Hey guys. I'm hoping to go back on this medication very soon. I was on it for 17 years, it worked well but depression eventually started creeping back in. I switched to Wellbutrin and my anxiety has never been worse. Anyway! My concern is the nausea side effect when first starting it. I have emetophobia so that is my biggest worry. I do have zofran and natural anti-nausea supplements if needed. When I started it years ago, I took it before bed and don't remember any nausea so I'm hoping it will be the same experience. I've been off of Celexa for about 1.5 years. I'm curious how common nausea is and how long it lasts. Thanks!
