30lb 4yo RF vs FF

My oldest will be 4 in a couple weeks. She is currently 30lbs (has only gained about 1lb in the last 5-6 months) and 39.25”. She is still rear facing in a Graco EXTEND2FIT 3in1. She’s clearly got a long way to go by weight and height in that seat but I feel like she might be RFing for a couple more years going by that… is that what I should do still? Or is there an age that is generally ok to flip them? She seems happy and it allows her and her 2yo sister to share shows on long drives across state but I know we are in the minority doing so. I think her Dad is starting to think I’m crazy!

My daughter will turn 4 in June and she LOVES coloring. She has coloring books as well as blank papers available to her but almost always only chooses the coloring books. She uses markers, colored pencils and crayons and also has paint available. Attached are this weeks colorings. I don’t know what is “normal” for her age but I’m thoroughly impressed. She can also write her name and her sister’s name (I have an example out for her when she does that) and just this morning she started writing letters without examples.

What age group would typically color as she does? What can I do to help support her love of art while also helping her explore other avenues that would help her developmentally?
