RMIT career connect

I was talking to an electrical engineering masters student and we were discussing internships. He mentioned he recently completed one so I asked him about the application process/how hard it was to find one/etc.

He said that RMIT helped him find it and most students in his cohort (even the international students) found one. I think these internships were for the EPP hours requirement and so were unpaid.

But I have looked through the career connect website and all I could found were their job ready tools, consultations and preparation advice. Apart from the jobs posted on the canvas page, does the university actually find a placement for you? Am I missing something? And do they only help if you enroll in the WIL module?

For context I'm third year (undergrad) studying electrical engineering.
