I recently renewed my license and recertifications for both ATB-BC and ATCS, I received an email stating I was inactive. Did this happen to anyone else?

Many of my guests are staying at Hotel Playa Escondida this upcoming weekend. If they venture into town, will they be able to get a taxi back to hotel at night? Where do most taxis hang out? Thanks in advance!
