Launching my British Take-Away seasonings!
Alright Brits in the USA! Bit of a shameless plug here but here it goes!
I’m originally from Manchester and now live in Arizona, and I’ve just launched a little spice company called Captain’s Spice Co.
The first seasoning is basically my take on that proper British Chinese takeaway salt & pepper flavour that I’ve missed since moving over here. Think salt & pepper chips, wings, ribs, chicken, shrimp etc.
I’ve spent ages messing around with the recipe and forcing friends and family to taste test about 400 versions of it but it’s finally bottled and ready to go.
It’s made and packed here in Arizona and I can ship anywhere in the US.
