All the companies are having 60 days to 90 days notice period and any hr calling for job openings is expecting that the candidate should be available to join immediately. We can’t be sitting in notice period expecting we will get the call at the last working day right. Even the HRs who are expecting us to join immediately will not let anyone go just like that in their company.. This is a trap and candidates must lie to the HR to get the interview scheduled. Companies have to be transparent in this process.
