How to reroot Boswellia aspleniifolia and neglecta?

TLDR and questions at the end

Here I have Boswellia aspleniifolia and neglecta that have been growing very well in their very small pot, because their main root have grown through the pot, penetrated through the brick floor below and into the ground, thus having a lot of space for their roots to grow.

A few days ago I pulled the plants with their pots out as I don't want them to grow in that spot permanently, but the roots under the brick cannot be saved. The next day, all their leaves dried up, likely due to not having enough roots to support the leaves.

For now, I have them planted in bigger pot in near 100% inorganics, mostly pumice with very little soil, and plan to water as the media dry. Roots are sprayed with fungicide and rooting hormone.

TLDR: Leaves on Boswellia aspleniifolia and neglecta dried up after losing roots due to being moved from brick floor (roots grown into brick floor). They are now planted in bigger pot with mostly inorganics, and I plan to water as the media dry. Roots are sprayed with fungicide and rooting hormone.

Questions:

  1. Is there anything I'm doing wrong or missing?

  2. I read about humidity dome, is it needed?

  3. Neglecta root is 100% firm. Aspleniifolia root sadly have a bit of soft part which I cut away. Anything else I can do for this wound other than rooting hormone and fungicide spray?

Thanks in advance!

I live in the humid tropics and temperature is 33c daytime 29c night time
