For the last two months I’ve been having very extreme panic attacks. My doctor put me on a combo of buspar and Lexapro which has significantly helped with the anxiety. However now I just feel empty? Not like anxious or anything just bleh

Hey! I’m a 20yo male and I’ve had anxiety issues my whole life. However recently my anxiety has significantly worsened, to the point where I have near daily panic attacks and can no longer work at my job. My doctor has put me on two medications, busprione, and nebrivolol 5mg both of which I’ve been taking for about two weeks.
My job was pretty stressful, it was manual labor and I’m from Georgia where the temp is into the 100s. Also some personal stuff had also been stressing me out and this all culminated in me having a massive panic attack on the job.
I just want to regain some form of normality and was hoping you guys could give some advice on how to manage my anxiety/ stress more productively :)
