ADHD Waiver for G2G

Green to Gold Non-Scholarship + ADHD Medication History
I’m looking for some advice from anyone who has experience with Green to Gold Non-Scholarship, especially regarding the medical/waiver process.
I’m planning to finish my bachelor’s degree in May 2027 and would like to attend a master’s program through Green to Gold in Fall 2027. I’m trying to figure this out now because I understand I’ll need to start the application process well in advance.
I have a history of being prescribed ADHD medication. I was recently told that I would not be eligible to apply unless I had been off the medication for at least one year. Does anyone know where that one-year requirement is actually stated in the regulations/policy?
More importantly, has anyone with a similar history successfully received a medical waiver for ADHD for Green to Gold/ROTC commissioning?
As far as I know, I should meet the other requirements, and the ADHD medication history is the only thing I’m concerned about.
If anyone has gone through this process personally, knows the applicable regulation, or has experience getting an ADHD waiver for Green to Gold, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. I’m trying to get ahead of this rather than waiting until 2027 to find out I’m not eligible.
Thanks!

Active Duty Green to Gold Questions (Graduating Next May)

Active Duty Green to Gold Questions (Graduating Next May)
Hey everyone, I’m active duty and have been looking into the Green to Gold program, but I’m still confused about the timeline and how everything works. I’m hoping someone who’s been through it can help answer a few questions.
A little background:
I’m currently active duty.
I’ll be graduating with my bachelor’s degree in May of next year.
My ETS is October 2028.
Here are my questions:
When should I actually start the Green to Gold application process? Should I begin before I graduate next May, or do I need to wait until after I have my degree?
If I’m accepted, can I choose pretty much any school in any state (assuming it’s an ROTC host school), or are there restrictions based on the Army’s needs?
Is it possible to transition into the Reserves through Green to Gold, or is it primarily designed for commissioning into Active Duty?
Since my ETS isn’t until October 2028, would I leave Active Duty and start ROTC before my current contract ends if I’m accepted? Or would I stay in until my ETS and then begin the program?
If I start the program before my current contract expires, would I have to sign a new contract or incur a new service obligation before my original enlistment is complete?
I’m trying to figure out the best timeline so I don’t miss any deadlines or opportunities. Any advice, personal experiences, or things you wish you knew before applying would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is being a recruiter worth it?Army

When I joined I always wanted to be a recruiter but I was wondering if adding the extra years on my active duty contract would be worth it? If I volunteer would I be able to pick my duty station in my hometown? I just want to see what I would be able to actually get from all of it. I have to make a decision sooner than later because I have to have about 3 years on my contract.

Trying to figure out what route I should take before my contract ends…

I am currently a 92Y(Active Army) that is ETsing late 2028 and wanted to anyone’s advice on some routes that can be taken and what would be my best bet as far as either going Officer, Chief Warrant Officer before I ETS vs. Recruiting packet(add years on my contract), or just commissioning into Reserve. The only problem I feel I might run into going officer would just be the fact that I do have ADHD(I am on Adderall currently and I was told that I can’t join on it I would have to stop taking it then take it again with either staying in the army or going to another branch like the Air Force) I do plan on having either another federal or state government job when I go finally do go into reserves. I know I have some time for some of these options however, something like recruiting needs to be decided as early as possible in order to ask for what I want and not have so much time added on my active duty contract. Also is the Army the only one that adds all this time on your contract is that just a military thing?
