Im a medical mystery and I’m not sure what to do

I am a 19 yo female. 5’11 and 150 pounds. The only medication I take is a birth control pill.
For over a year at this point I’ve been dealing with unbearable pain and I have absolutely no quality of life anymore. I’ve been having unbearable pain in my chest, left upper quadrant of my abdomen, overall body weakness, and very bizarre neurological symptoms. I’ve gone to the ER and so many different specialist but no one can seem to figure out what’s going on.
All of my symptoms are constant and nothing I do makes it better or worse. It constantly feels like I’m getting stabbed in my chest. I’ve seen a cardiologist but they refused to do any tests because “I’m to young to have heart problems”
Ive also been struggling to walk without stumbling or needing something to lean on. For context just a year ago I was going to the gym constantly and I’ve always been a very fit and athletic person but I can’t do that anymore because of these medical issues. I’ve been having some very weird neurological symptoms as well. I’ve had multiple instances where I forget my own name or I forget where I am and I’ve been forgetting how to do everyday things. It’s gotten very scary. And I’ve had headaches everyday for a year, these headaches have made me have chronic insomnia. I’m just not sure what to do at this point.

I am not asking for medical advice. But if anyone might know what’s going on or where I should go from here I would greatly appreciate any advice.

I (19F) in a complicated situation with my (19F) ex/best friend and I need advice

I (19F) and my now ex girlfriend also (19F) have been best friends since freshman year of high school. We both had feelings for each other throughout high school and we started dating our junior year of high school. We dated for around 10 months at first then she broke up with me for the first time. (For context she has BPD and occasionally has episodes. Where she doesn’t feel good enough to be in a relationship during that time. Nothing bad ever happened in the relationship, we have never even gotten in a fight before.) She told me that there’s a lot of crazy things going on in her life and doesn’t think she can be a good girlfriend. I obviously respect what’s going on and I gave her space and whatever she needed for me to do. We tried going no contact for a bit but she is my best friend so no contact didn’t last for very long. We ended up getting back together after about 4 months of being broken up. After we got back together things were great. I never wanted for her to be pressured into being in a relationship so I made sure this was what she really wanted. We dated again for another year and a few months. 2 months ago she broke up with me again for the same reason. We were both extremely upset and she didn’t want to break up but she didn’t think she could be in a relationship during that time. Once again we tried going no contact but that only lasted for a short amount of time. She’s been coming over to my place almost everyday since the break up. It still feels as though we are still in a relationship. We still kiss, cuddle, and do everything that we did in our relationship. I’m just not sure what I should do in this situation. During both break ups we both never wanted to see other people and we never did. This situation is just very confusing for me and I’m not sure what I should do. I don’t want to lose her. I love her so much. Do I hold out hope that we get back together?
