Got a DM from my coach but it wants me to pay for Elite to reply - did this happen to you too?

Signed up a few months ago and there's a message from my coach sitting in my inbox then inviting me to upgrade to "Elite" to DM my coach.

I don't get it, and I am not seeing a lot of feedback or info on the DM with your coach experience, so I'm hoping people who've been here longer can share what happened to them:

Did anyone actually pay for Elite to get the coach DM?

Was it worth it - did your coach actually reply, and how fast? What is the difference with the team chat?

Love to hear your experience, I am pretty sure having a direct chan with the coach could motivate further, but wondering what's behind really.

why 3 is the recommended number of workouts?

kind of a naive question, but I wanted to understand if there is rationale behind the magic 3 workouts per week 😅

It is a bit complicate for me to hit this number given my current work schedule and the kids, but if I had like strong reco on how this moves the needle, I can try to hit it.
