Feedback on our products

Hi all,

I'm relatively new to the ecommerce stores. I've designed some shirts based on paintings of mine.

I created a site myself (something I've never done) but am in the process of upgrading it as I know what I created is relatively basic. www.funk-punk.com

My question is for some feedback on the actual products & designs. I've looked at them so long I now think I hate them!

Any opinions very much welcomed. Are they over worked? Do people just prefer plain shirts and designs?

Thanks everyone.

DTG or DTFlex for Black T-shirts

Hi,

I'm struggling to figure out which is best. I have samples of both on a black tshirt and they both have pros and cons.

My designs are quite vibrant so I went witht the DTFlex. Overall I'm happy with the colour and how they feel to wear. The designs are also quite large so my concern is if it's too plastic-y feeling?

On the other hand the DTG colours might not pop as much but is that the feeling people want more?

It's a brand new store so no sales yet and I'm hesitate to really push it until I'm sure on the right printing.

Does anyone know what customers prefer and is one better for durability and washing over the other?

Thanks so much...

New Shopify Store Seeking Feedback...

Hey all,

I'm new to the world of ecommerce stores and like many I'm trying to learn as I go.

I've created a store for my t-shirts and just looking to gain some feedback (www.funk-punk.com). I appreciate they're not going to be for everyone and that's ok.

I've only created it about 3 weeks so I'm ok that there's been no sales yet.

What I do want some advice on is some of the analytics on shopify. The bounce rate is very high. On average there's about 60/70 visitors a day (tiny I know!). 94% of the visitors don't go past the homepage.

Looking into this there were some suggestions why this might be. One was that the social media posts are misleading but any posts I do are of the shirts so I'm not sure this is correct. The other suggestion was that the homepage doesn't grab attention and show any products quick enough for people. I'm open to suggestions on this.

I'm targeting social media ads and posts to generate traffic. Personally I feel one big issue is that because I've only just started the instagram (@f__kpunk) and tiktok (fk_punk) pages in July the follower count is still in double figures. This obviously makes us lack trust and potentially look like a scam. It's the opinion I take when I'm on other pages trying to sell stuff. So question is should I put most of the focus for now trying to grow the social numbers rather than ads for sales?

Appreciate you reading this and any feedback. Feedback can be on anything, especially the t-shirt designs. We're at the very beginning and now is the best time to make changes!
