5 days ago I was watching the Vietnamese MCSR Championship and this happened to the player on the left

This was overshadowed by the 7 deaths in this seed, but the spawner break remained pretty interesting to me.
The first thought that came to my mind is that this is related to the same reason Fyroah TNT sometimes fails. But it's weird: according to Daniel's video, this happens bcuz of 2 TNT interactions with a 3rd TNT, not 2 TNTs interacting with each other.
My second thought is that the nether wart blocks overlapping with the spawner somehow caused this, since it's the only anomaly in this spawner. But then how tf could this possibly cause the spawner break?

I'm not smart enough to figure this out, so...

btw this seed is goofy asf, if you have a spare 30 minutes you should watch it :)
